EU Money Law Seminars

Seminars (20 teaching hours per year), taught in English, addressed to bachelor and master degree students. Compulsory course.

Objective of the Seminars: The seminars aim to let the students critically investigate some leading case law in the field of money and payment services, either focusing on preliminary rulings of the Court of Justice or
on some critical Commission’s antitrust decisions.
